How it all started:

Coming from a background that entailed hardships and failures, Amresh had nothing to lose. Being taunted for his downfalls, the only way he had was up. They started working together under Bookmyshow, in the year 2011. While they worked there as a vendor for ground operations for many years, the team got the exposure of the event management industry. The beginning of something bigger:

Through the course of the next four years, since the inception, the team gained wisdom along with experience. Sooner, Amresh, being a pioneer, had an epiphany which made him lose his sleep for days. He realized how all the companies were dependent entirely on third-party event organizers for their events. Instead of handling things on their own, they resorted to event production and rental companies. And when they decided to plan their events, they were least bothered to be involved by how much these third-parties charged them. What came as an utter shock was the fact that many times the production costs surpassed the total cost of the equipment used for the event. Amresh was taken aback by how these event management companies were charging an exorbitant sum from their clients, without them realizing.

It was then, in the year 2015 that the idea of Hire4eventtook birth. He decided to start an easy and interactive platform for the companies to reduce the involvement of third-parties completely. They wanted to create a barrier, create awareness, and safeguard the interest of the corporates who pay unnecessarily to such event producers. Therefore, Amresh, along with his team, launched their startup Hire4event. Instead of seeking help from a third-party vendor, now a company can directly hire the equipment from the providers. To cater to the needs of their clients more efficiently, Amresh decided to build his own inventory of the equipment, which included Sound systems, Lighting, Trusses, Special effect accessories, and Portable AC. With their revolutionary conceptualization and methodology of operations, they have made the process of organizing an event very convenient.

Flight of success:

Soon, Hire4event emerged as the top platform for online rental of equipment. They went on to work with some of the top corporates and hosted hundreds of successful gigs. Currently, they offer more than 1,000 venues, over 1500 artists have their profiles in Hire4event, equipment, event planning services, brand promotion, manpower, and so much more. It has become the top event production company of not just Delhi, but the entire country.
